E & J Douglas are one of Scotland’s foremost experts in road planing, road sweeping and tipper hire specialists. Based in Lochgelly, Fife, we are a family run business with a staff of 27 and we operate throughout the UK mainland and islands of Scotland.

With our extensive modem fleet of plant and machinery, we provide a fast and efficient service every time, and we are relied upon by both large contractors and local councils, nationwide.

We specialise in planing motorways, dual carriageways, local road infrastructure and patching of roads and pavements, and we are fully registered with SEPA.

All groundwork staff hold MPQC qualifications and hold CSCS cards.
